This angels gather the harvest of people in the book of Revelation.
Notice, the sickle is merely indicated by color.

This is the story where the man, lame man for 38 years was waiting
for someone to get him in the pool,
when the angel of healing would stir the waters.
Jesus asked this man what he wanted him to do?
This man got his healing!

Painted for a church and  Workshop audience in the Netherlands in Rotterdam.
The impression this artist had about the people of this place,
was if they would put out their net,  heaven would help them.

The angel put his “lasso” around these trees to plant them somewhere else.
One of the times this happened was in 2008 when the banks
and many houses went into foreclosure, and people moved
to a different place.

 

MANY OTHER THINGS ANGELS DO, and hope I get to paint

Painted at the time where the speaker, Mike Hudgins of VCC, was
speaking about Jacob’s ladder. He had no idea,
till afterwards when one of his friends in the circle pointed out
this painting to him.
“Who did this?” Then the man pointed at this artist.

The design of the ladder is an X, side ways, instead of front to back.
